In order to initiate a return, simply fill out the form below. We’ll send you further instructions. Make sure the product is in original condition and includes all materials (manual, nuts, bolts, etc). Returns are accepted up to 30 days after original purchase date.
Return shipping cannot be refunded.
Please note: there will be a 20% return restocking fee for reasons other than defective parts.
If you would like to exchange the mount, please go ahead and purchase your new mount via our website,
and provide us with your new order number. If the exchange is completed
the 20% restocking fee will be waived and you will be refunded in full.
Please get a tracking number for all return items, as we are not responsible for lost goods coming back to our warehouse.
Cancellation & Order Modification Policy
We will do our best to process any cancellation or change requests before your order is sent to our warehouse. However, Top TV Mounts Inc cannot guarantee that any order can be changed or canceled after the order has been placed. If the order has been shipped, or for some other reason we are unable to cancel or modify the order, the customer will be responsible for the full cost associated with shipping the product back to us, as well as the 20% restocking fee mentioned above. Please order carefully, and if you’d like to cancel, contact us as soon as possible.
